Orders arrive in 6–11 business days: 1–3 days to ship, then 5–8 days in transit. See our Shipping Policy.
Is delivery included?
Yes, shipping is free on most orders within the continental U.S. We don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns, and it's waived if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Is this product covered by a warranty?
- 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship.
- Not covered: damage from misuse, negligence, accidents, or commercial use.
- To make a claim, contact us with photos of the issue and we'll handle it with the manufacturer.
How do I care for it?
- Store over winter in a cool, well-ventilated space such as a shed.
- Avoid centrally heated rooms, which can dry out the teak and cause it to shrink or crack.
