Description

A fire pit, grill, and griddle in one, in spun stainless steel. A wood or charcoal fire burns at the center of a 40-inch bowl, under a removable grate for searing, with a half-inch steel cooktop ring around it. Cook dinner for eight or more, then lift off the cooktop and sit around the fire for the rest of the evening. The bowl keeps its bright finish, with no patina to mark the patio.

Specifications
  • Diameter: 40"
  • Height: 22" on a low base
  • Weight: about 350 lb
  • Cooking surface: 1,250+ sq in
  • Cooktop: ½" hot-rolled steel, removable
  • Center grate: over 1,000°F for searing
  • Cooktop zones: about 450–550°F near the inner edge, 250–350°F toward the outer edge
  • Fire bowl: spun stainless steel
  • Base: low round or low Euro in powder-coated steel, or no base for building into masonry or an outdoor kitchen
  • Fuel: hardwood or lump charcoal. The center hole accepts a 1" gas pipe for conversion by a professional installer.
  • Made in Phoenix, Arizona, USA
Features
  • Sear steaks, chops, and burgers over the open fire on the center grate.
  • Cook eggs, smash burgers, fish, and vegetables on the flat-top ring, with nothing falling through the grates.
  • The cooktop runs hotter near the fire and cooler at the edge, so you can sear, cook, and keep food warm at the same time.
  • Steel sits between the fire and the food, so grease can't drip into the flames.
  • The stainless bowl holds its bright finish and won't mark the patio the way weathering steel can.
  • At 22" on a low base, it's built at seating height, for gathering around once dinner is done.
